a9s PostgreSQL

This documentation describes the a9s PostgreSQL Data Service. a9s PostgreSQL enables on-demand provisioning of Virtual Machine (VM) based, dedicated PostgreSQL servers. Application Developers can create Service Instances of a PostgreSQL server using Apps Manager or the Cloud Foundry Command Line interface (cf CLI) and bind these Service Instances to an application.

The a9s PostgrSQL 13 Data Service version is deprecated and will be unsupported from the upcoming release v73 (expected end of May 2026). All existing Service Instances of this version should be migrated to a supported GA version (a9s PostgreSQL 15, 17) as soon as possible.
