Known Issues
This page describes concerns, limitations to be considered when allocating resources for the a9s MariaDB plans, and other known issues.
Known Issues
- Due to a known limitation in the Galera Cluster, currently the tables that are persisted in storage engines other than
InnoDB(e.g.AriaorMyISAM) can not be replicated. This limitation currently has the following effects:System Variablescannot be replicated, therefore if a System Variable is set to a value dynamically, then this assignment won't be replicated to the other nodes
Object Size Limit
On a9s MariaDB, each field type has a different maximum size. LONGBLOB is the largest, allowing field sizes up to 4GB.
For more information, please refer to the MariaDB documentation.
